Trivia Night Recap September 9th at Time Rift Arcade Doctor Who - Lord of the Rings - Spaceballs - 60s

Trivia Night Recap September 9th, 2026 – Lord of the Rings, Doctor Who, Spaceballs, 1960s Trivia

Wednesday night at Time Rift Arcade turned into a full sprint across four decades of fandom. We opened in Middle-earth with Lord of the Rings, jumped a TARDIS to Doctor Who, went to ludicrous speed with Spaceballs, and finished with a deep dive into 1960s Trivia. Teams that thought they knew their Elvish blades got humbled by Gallifreyan politics two rounds later. The scoreboard swung hard right up to the final section. Read through the rounds below and see how many your team would have landed.

Lord of the Rings Trivia Recap

Lord of the Rings kicked things off and gave everyone a false sense of confidence. The easy points were there for anyone who has seen the films once, but the round got choosy fast with questions about weapons, betrayals, and exactly who does and does not make it across a certain bridge. Teams who only remembered the big battle scenes started losing ground to the ones who paid attention to the quiet Rivendell moments. A couple of quote questions separated the casual fans from the people who own the extended editions. Solid opener, no mercy by the back half.
