PARTY ROOM FAQ
Q. ARE ALL TYPES OF DECORATIONS ALLOWED?
A. Confetti and glitter are not allowed. Nails, staples, or thumbtacks may not be used on the walls or furniture.
Q. CAN WE GET A DISCOUNT ON PASSES FOR EXTRA ATTENDEES?
A. At some of our competitors you will spend $12 to play just three games that last about 1 minute per play. For that same $12, you get a full day pass at the Time Rift. We believe our pass price is already a steal and we can’t offer discounts.
Q. HOW LONG CAN OUR PARTY STAY AT THE ARCADE?
A. While your Party Room reservation has a limited time, you are welcome to come play before or stay after. Your admissions is good for the entire day. Please note that we do go 21+ after 8PM.
Q: CAN WE BRING OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK?
A. You may bring outside food or drink, such as birthday cakes and juice as long as it stays strictly inside the party room. No outside alcohol is allowed!
Q: DO YOU ALLOW BYOB?
A. By Texas law, no outside alcohol is permitted.
Q: CAN WE COME EARLY TO SETUP FOR OUR PARTY?
A. We try to leave a minimum of 30 minutes between party room reservations. This gives our staff time to clean and prepare the room from the prior guests. While you may be able to setup early, we can’t always guarantee it.
All reservations are final and non-refundable.
