A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away… someone decided a pun was a perfectly acceptable basis for a holiday. And honestly? They nailed it.
May the 4th is the unofficial-official Star Wars Day, and even though Time Rift Arcade is closed today (we know, we know), the Force is still very much present at our Bedford location. R2-D2 is keeping watch. A Stormtrooper is doing what Stormtroopers do best, which is stand around looking imposing and missing every shot. And two Star Wars pinball machines are sitting in the dark, dreaming of flippers.
So consider this your reminder: come celebrate Star Wars Day with us the next time we’re open.
The Star Wars Lineup at Time Rift

We don’t half-commit to a fandom. When you walk into Time Rift, you’re walking into a piece of the galaxy.
R2-D2 Replica. Full-size astromech droid on display, beeping judgmentally at anyone who tries to mount a defense of the prequels. He’s not for sale. Don’t ask.
Stormtrooper. Standing guard exactly where the Empire posted him. Great photo op. Even greater for parents who want to make their kids look small and slightly intimidated.
Stern Star Wars Pinball. The 2017 Stern release that takes you through the original trilogy with multi-ball chaos, callouts straight from the films, and a playfield that rewards aggression and punishes hesitation. The Death Star is right there. Go destroy it.
Stern Star Wars: Fall of the Empire Pinball. The follow-up, dialed in and ready. Different layout, different shots, same galactic stakes. If the first one humbled you, this one will finish the job.
Why Star Wars Pinball Hits Different
Video games let you pretend you’re flying an X-wing. Pinball makes you feel it. The flippers are your reflexes. The ramps are the trench. The multiball is the entire Rebel fleet jumping out of hyperspace at once. There is no save state. There is no continue. There is only the shot you take and the shot you miss.
A good pinball table tells a story every time you step up to it. A great pinball table tells the story of Star Wars. We have two of them. Side by side.
