Party room FAQ
Can we come early to set up?
In most cases you may arrive 30 minutes early for your room to setup. Please confirm with us if this is important to your booking.
Are all decorations allowed?
Confetti and glitter are not allowed. We also frown on fireworks—mostly because setting off a grand finale indoors tends to void our insurance. Nails, staples, or thumbtacks may not be used on the walls or furniture.
How long can we stay?
Your Party Room time might be limited, but your fun isn’t! Come early, stay late. Your admission is good for the entire day. Play before, party during, and keep the good times rolling after your event wraps up! Just a quick heads-up: we switch to 21+ at 8 PM.
What is your cancellation policy?
All party room reservations are final since we’re setting aside the space just for you. Spots fill up fast, and we don’t want to turn other families away. Thanks for understanding!
Can we bring outside food or drink?
By Tarrant County Health rules, you may bring outside food or drink as long as it stays inside the private party room. No outside alcohol is allowed!
CAN I BRING IN A CAKE OR OUTSIDE FOOD WITHOUT BOOKING?
Tarrant County Health code restricts outside food or drink to private rooms. Outside food or drink is restricted to party room reservations.
Do you allow BYOB?
By Texas law, no outside alcohol is permitted.
Do you provide plates and utensils?
If you bring outside food, you will need to bring your own plates and utensils. If you purchase food from the Time Rift Arcade we will provide them.
All reservations are final and non-refundable.
